Bro MSE works until very late age, it was done on 60 year olds
Ronald was in his late 20s I think so you’re fine
The Facemask is the problem, past certain age you are lucky to get 3mm max

MSE still works. It specifically is bone borne after splitting the suture to get around the original problem of most palatal expansion. That's why you typically see some Zygos width added on post MSE ceph scans (nothing major, the major benefits is widened airways and palate).

OT: They are just as hard post puberty as they are at 30. They are far less malleable which is why it would take forever to get bone change by something like daily hard chewing whereas a young teen would see results in months.
