Some dudes look like chad at 17% body fat while looking incel at 12-13% body fat (due to loss of fat pads, more UEE, a longer midface due to less fat, a shitier chin to philtrum ratio, looking older, more under eye hollows, more nasolfolds etc)

yeah anything over like 20-22% is fat

But there are legit some guys out there who have chad faces at 20% body fat and incel faces at 13%

Also some people can even see abs at 20%

Obviously you will have less fat leading to more nasolfolds (although there are will be a few % of people who’s get better but the majority gets worse)

For philtrum since there’s less fat on philtrum to plump it up, it will be longer

Also there face as a whole will look longer and skinnier due to no fat

Dudes who have wide short forheads/ wide skulls and perfect compact mid faces usually look better at lower bf Though but can still suffer from the under eye hollows and shit

Dudes with skinnier faces get fucked at low bf since the fat gives the illusion of width
