I have loss of volume under the eyes, creating a hallow look and I remember having crow's feet for years, not very visible, but still and I have good collagen overall, but only under eyes is my problem with crow's feet! Can fat grafts get rid of them or it wil just get rid of hallowing, but not the wrinkles?

Fat grafts will certainly remove the hallowness, but I don't know if crow's feet will remove the wrinkles and I don't know wheather I should try and treat hyperpigmentation first because I always had hyperpigmentation under eyes, but not lack of fat

Idk what crowsfeet ur talking abt though
In photos you can't see them when resting cause they aren't very visible, only when smiling you can see them on photos
