In an old thread debating about implants vs fillers an argument was made that fillers don’t substitute for bone and the example was chin filler. Having seen chin filler i’ve always thought it the best to do and all filler from what i’ve seen looks to substitute for bone or atleast a grown out look. Thoughts?
