Where I live in central asia I don't think that I have ever met a person who had gay manners. You know how when you talk to a gay person you can almost always tell that they're gay? I never saw that here, only from tourists that came from Russia.

Gay people claim that they can't control their manner or how they talk, but how come I never see that here if it's true?

There’s a thing called confirmation bias, basically your brain tries to confirm your internal beliefs about the world so it pays attention to things that confirm your beliefs rather than the things that contradict them. It happens to every single human being.
You believe gay men all have specific manners like female body language so you will only assume a guy is gay if he has these manners, and assume everyone who doesn’t is straight. When in reality, a good portion of the people you’ve seen in your life were homosexual or bi, they just don’t behave with the gay manners you expect them to.
A second reason is because being gay is actually a cultural identity more than it is a type of sexuality. Homosexuality exists in all cultures and periods of time but being gay is a western concept that didn’t exist before the XIX century. Being gay not only is related to the idea of being attracted to your own sex but to behave with in a specific effeminate way. Contrary to cultural belief, these manners don’t have anything to do with being homosexual, and the fact that they are not prevalent on eastern society is proof of that.

Sexuality is formed, not inborn. Western society literally grooms people into developing abnormal sexual behaviors by plastering it all over the media and pushing it in schools, and by numerous other means which would take a 2000 word essay to explain.
