Ratios matter but I imagine women wouldn't know why. A guy with a very long mid face would be unattractive, but most people couldn't point to the ratio as being the issue.

I think a conpact midface is just a good sign of good facial develooment. A long midface with insane bones , will still.not be the breakdealer . But most guys with long midface dont have that , so theyre more repulsive than someone with a short one/high fwhr.
