have you ever had it fermented past 3 months?
i took a small spoon and had it - tasted weird not sour but didnt taste like anything, if i dont tag you tomorrow update then I'm either violently ill or dead
terrain theory - milk is fine but it's been 3 months and the beneficial lactic acid bacteria have died off now since the milk doesnt taste as sour as it would say 1 month into it. As a result the milk has now lost it's protective community so opportunistic microbes can colonise the milk causing illness. It's the same as the bacteria in your own gut if they die out then you're at risk of attack from foreign microbes. The milk is metabolically stagnant now and there is 0 benefit to me eating this - i just wanted to ferment it to prove that raw milk doesnt spoil like traditional pasteurised milk doesRetard
