Do i get wisdom teeth extraction for MSE

Recessed maxxila, the upper wisdom teeth haven't erupted but the bottom have, will extracting all 4 of my wisdom teeth make my jaw narrow

I had one wisdom tooth extracted and didn’t see any difference after the swelling went down. As for MSE, you will get a wider midface, so I wouldn’t worry too much.

Im in this same situation, i can feel my upper left wisdom tooth ready to erupt and i really dont want mines removed

if it's a prerequisite for MSE then get them out. I got mine out 1 year ago and saw no changes.
