Prolly because I don't have much bone mass and I'm bloated way more then usual since I was at a party and drank like a retard. I'm currently at 13% bodyfat with abs

True. Best I can do for that rn is the reverse pull headgear with marpe I'll be getting at the dentist, it's not gonna save me, but it'll help since I can't get surgery till 18. Since I can't do much about that I'm trying to find everything else to improve yk
