Yeah there are exercises for it, mine got slightly better (a few degrees), but I was like 16 at the time. You're not getting rid of the scoliosis though. Yours is still not that bad so it's mostly gonna be about preventing it from getting worse. Go see a doctor.

I'm a med student so I think I can answer this. Yes, you have some minor curvature. Have you consulted this with a specialist doctor?

Also, ignore the autists in this forum, they'll try to put you down for nothing. They know nothing.

What you have isn't that severe but still warrants a check with specialist Doctors to prevent it getting worse. Try and be proactive about it and get parents involved.

Regardless, you should get an X-ray upon a specialist consultation, it could be that there is nothing wrong at all. I highly doubt your jaw is causing this as well.
