Most probably a custom djs, full orbital fatgraft, full on nose reconstruction, and maybe some jaw implants if djs wasnt enough
How about just a rhinoplasty because this would make him look subhuman and weird

Yeah I’m kinda worried about that, if tons of celebrities can’t help looking uncanny after plastic surgery I was worried that would apply even more to me but at the same time it would be obviously nice to ascend

celebrities have no idea about ratios, harmony, etc,
They see some stupid shit and get their skin pulled

They look older, just like people blame Zack Efron look on jaw implants when the only thing that got worse is whole other face

I just think the more and more shit you put in your face the less and less benefits you'll receive. Unless you're going to a world famous surgeon who's never messed up a procedure, there's a good chance it could get botched. Cosmetic enhancements get botched more often than not, or people are just unsatisfied with the results. It's also typically really obvious when someone gets fillers + rhino + fat grafts + genio. Women don't want someone who looks like a plastic doll, which is why hardmaxxing is easier said than done

So where do you draw the line? If implant look natural alone then why don’t do it as well?

Why would material matter?
Titanium facial implants can cause a lot more issues, especially if you ever needed a CT scan for your skull. The titanium implants in your face would disrupt the scan and make it extremely difficult for doctors to determine what you damaged. Also most facial implants cause issues later down the road like infection, migration, swelling, loss of bone density, etc. A lot of people get their implants removed ~10 years after getting them put in because they cause a lot of problems. PEEK is a lot safer but causes it's own issues, it's just like double the price and there are very few surgeons who know how to do them properly. It's a nice idea to have metal or plastic sitting in your face for your entire life without causing issues but it's not very realistic, your body does not want titanium plates bolted into your bones

So would you say rhino and genio should be my first priority and after that I should maybe consider jaw implants, Especially if I have enough money to go to a good surgeon?

Whoops my bad, it depends on if their custom or not. If you look up craniofacial implants on Google the before and after pictures are dogshit and look like nothing has changed because they weren't custom. If you're boneless and decide to get zygo + malar implants with 8-10mm of projection there will be a huge noticeable difference, and they typically look very realistic if placed and measured correctly

I'd worry about the jaw later, for now rhino + genio would be top priority. If you end up actually getting these, see where you're at and then decide if jaw fillers are right for you
