Do I have a tilted sphenoid or side bending rotation

Need help from cranium experts rn

As you can see my teeth are not aligned straight when I bite down one side is more tilted causing my right side to be lower than my left as you can see my right teeth are touching but my left are not

Photo from underneath you can see a tilt on my right side going downwards and to the right and my left being more upwards due to this causing asymmetry on my lower jaw because it’s all connected

Will thumb pulling on the pallet work for more symmetry?

I’ve tried this before but it don’t seem to work ever since I was very young i remember my teeth never aligning I don’t think it’s a muscle imbalance on the macseters

Exactly why braces or literally fixing your bite can improve your symmetry

Seen her stuff tbh, I think even if I had perfect symmetry I’d probably be .5 psl higher if even though not my main problem rn I think
