I see lip incompetence, and I do think there is something wrong with your jaw (kinda looks like you have an overbite that was masked with camouflage orthodontics). You could look into double-jaw surgery, that'll help with the long face. Also, I think Supra and Infra Orbital implants would suit help you a lot. That being said, book an appointment with the best maxillofacial surgeon you can find.
