Very slight tbh. You're gonna have to be doing some more hamstring development to really reap benefits of posture improvement. Same with abs and lower back. Stretching helps too but I saw most benefits when I actually deadlifted 2x week.
Aight well it's nothing excessive. People have the best posture from sitting and standing with the best posture. Work on shoulder posture to help out. Seems more roundedI can Deadlift 160kg for 5

Slight, start doing ab and hamstring targeted exercises. Make sure you stretch first. keeping proper neck posture is also really good to help
How was the recovery for surgery? Btw you didn't try running barefoot and jump roping to help flat feet?I have flat feet. Been reading all sorts of shit on how feet affect your posture. I had right one surgically corrected, got the other surgery coming next year. I'm hoping I will ascend to 6'2 when they're both corrected

Nice, Yeah I'll def consider this surgery in the futureI have flexible flat feet, meaning when I'm sitting down there is an arch. But when I put my standing weight on them they collapse completely. I can theoretically hold the arch, but I mean they're not normal feet. I am never gonna squat 200 kg with flat feet, the power transfer sucks ass, your tibia rotates internally when your arches collapse, etc. I cba to list all the ways how flat feet affect you, you can look up shit online if you are interested. Biggest problem was standing still for me. Terrible pain in feet since minute 1.
Well the recovery was 7 weeks with crutches with 15 kg limit on weight bearing, essentially meaning that your foot wont touch the ground for 7 weeks. Then it gets easier with crutch walking etc. Had the surgery just when Finland went into guarantine with universities.

I have flexible as well. I haven't really squatted yet since quarantine but my max was 200 at 170 lbs so it does suck. Recently I've been working on strenghing muscles in and around the foot with Calf stretches, jump roping, heel taps, running barefoot. It has def helped but still no arch. Ayeee how much did this surgery set you back?$Uhh, so you have flat feet? What kind? Do you squat? Does your squat suck ass? Can you stand in one place without pain?

Fuck bro I hate living in the U.S. with these jews all they do is lie to you so you come back in the future to pay even more money for your health issuesFree in Finland essentially. Like 150 euros one night in hospital etc
Oh yeah nothing will get you the arch except surgery. If you have pain things will only slowly get worse and worse.
Nice, another surgery added but face comes firstHeres corrected one and them side by side. The left one gets biggers because it flattens out
What they did is lateral column lengthening, medial calcaneal osteotomy and the tendon fix if you want to ask surgeons what their plan would be
