yeah, in my opinion you have pretty good potential, I'd work on your eyebrow thickness + colouring as well as your skincare, you have some noticeable hair from that shit-show of a beard, I'd shave it if you're not interested in growing out out a beard.

overall - work on eyebrows and skincare, shave the wannabe-beard if you want, and find a hairstyle you like. ( I assume the pictures aren't your' actual hairstyle. )
