Title kinda says it all but what should I do to reach htn I don’t have the money to do surgery so softmaxxing and I’m fucking god awful at taking pics of myself so sorry

Yes medium appeal with potential for high appeal. Easy high appeal possible if tall.

Fix hair it's flat, grow denser eyebrows, and maybe dye eyebrows (and possibly hair) darker. And testosteronemaxx and go gym.

Alright tysm for the info i have been lifting weights for a couple weeks now and haven’t seen to dramatic of changes other than bench do you have any tips
 
yes, should look at a better haircut dye brows/hair aswell, possibly a low/mid taper fade with the fringe, gymmaxx

Barely LTN. Harmony is unfortunately just completely non-existent. Eye-area is decent and you've got potential if you decide to hardmaxx. Nose and mouth failos you the hardest so that should be your focus.

You will mog by 18 bro. Just eat a lot and focus on gymmaxing. Your face fat will go away and you will mog. I would recommend that you get a good haircut rn, you can look a lot better with that

Take progress pics. For chest implement db chest press, for triceps any overhead exercise, train neck to look more masculine, train legs for maximum testosterone, slow controlled eccentrics, dont ego lift, 3 min rest between each set, 5-20 sets per muscle group per week (I only do 8 sets of side delts per week bcs small muscle but 16 for chest), at each rep go into full stretch and hold there for half a second (for biceps it would be when you are lowering the weight, lower it aaaaall the way down for the stretch), sleepmaxx most important, eating a lot second most important thing, wake up and instantly go eat, eat after workout, lots of protein. Don't eat a few hours before bed.
