yeah ive always known my nose is pre fucky lmaoBarely LTN. Harmony is unfortunately just completely non-existent. Eye-area is decent and you've got potential if you decide to hardmaxx. Nose and mouth failos you the hardest so that should be your focus.

Take progress pics. For chest implement db chest press, for triceps any overhead exercise, train neck to look more masculine, train legs for maximum testosterone, slow controlled eccentrics, dont ego lift, 3 min rest between each set, 5-20 sets per muscle group per week (I only do 8 sets of side delts per week bcs small muscle but 16 for chest), at each rep go into full stretch and hold there for half a second (for biceps it would be when you are lowering the weight, lower it aaaaall the way down for the stretch), sleepmaxx most important, eating a lot second most important thing, wake up and instantly go eat, eat after workout, lots of protein.
