Do I have BUG eyes? or negative orbital vector?

Here are some examples. I'm not sure if it's both combined. Or maybe because I somewhat have a flat face which makes eye stick out more? These the questions I ask myself a lot so yeah. What I know is I need to do something to fill everything out and make my face look balanced.

As you can see here in the second photo, when I look shocked or surprised my eyes stick out more and it gives off the bug eye look. Or maybe cuz my maxilla is flat > small palate >? (narrow). Which I am trying to get it fixed soon.
