tbh its better then doing nothing and being a twink i havent gotten in the gym yet (i will soon) but ive worked out a few times its hard to get as big as jeff nippard. but my biacromial width is 48cm now at 14 so i dont rlly have to do that much. it really doesnt change anything i still get called a twink or cute or smth somebody once said i was pretty wide and thats it ig
