Look at his undereyes, OP does have a recessed maxilla. So to answer his question, yes he does give off Habsburgesque vibes at first sight but mostly because of the lack of bones in the midface. If his maxilla would be protruding more the chin projection wouldn’t be near as noticeable

Maxilla has 2 parts: lower (one moved in bimax), and upper part. The upper part of OP's maxilla is recessed, lower part is ok-ish, but can also be recessed depending on x-ray.

OP's problem looks-wise is literally his disproportionate chin. @arh123 you need chin shaving boyo. It is what it is. It is masculine but does not match your face, while your jaws look proportionate at least. But your forward growth is lacklustre anyways. Though i do not think it is worth to break your skull in bimax for that. You will have harmony if you reduce your chin.

Maxilla has 2 parts: lower (one moved in bimax), and upper part. The upper part of OP's maxilla is recessed, lower part is ok-ish, but can also be recessed depending on x-ray

His whole maxilla is recessed.

The maxillary alveolus ("lower" part) is recessed. You can tell because of the flat philtrum and less acute upper lip projection angle.

The "upper" part is very recessed. The zygomatic process and infraorbital foramen have 0 projection. It gives an uncanny look because he has a forward-grown mandible but a midFACE with 0 projection.

He does not have recessed maxilla. Dark eye circle is not negative orbital vector. If his maxilla was recessed. His face would look flat.

Dark eye circles have multiple causes. Some ppl have thin undereye and others have infraorbitals that lack projection. In OP's case, it's the latter or a combination of the 2.

I don’t think you can judge a maxilla like that. Opry and gandy have negative vectors too, so you are telling me that they are recessed? Lol. Negative vector is also a typical trait of some phenos like North atlantid, and atlantid too. To be fair his maxilla is not recessed not forward growth, it just lacks projection.
