Depends on your bigonial width and facial adiposity

I would recommend buccal fat removal as well

My fwhr is 1.74 and midface ratio 1.06 which ( cant do lip lift bc it would make midface overly compact)

Seems to be more on the high set side
You could use a bit more sideward projection imo

The thing with pitt is that his bigonial width exceeds his bizygomatic width. His cheekbones are decent and not recessed. The main thing is that his hypertrophied masseters over power his cheekbone projection.
