No surgeries would end up being worth it+ very assymetrical face results way more likely to go wrong+ I'm boneless carried by harmony which is more fragile and also more likely to produce poor results

Genio for example would be way more likely to go wrong/look weird with my wonky chin, rhinos are always great but my nose is my best feature, implants in general would probably not end up being worth it

Id only do hair transplant when I'm older if I bald
