They take a strip off the back of your head in one version of the procedure. They then meticulously "inject" the hair sacs/follicles into tiny holes they make.
It can fall out over time but it wouldn't be instant and I just need hair until like 40 maybe. It should last many many years, my hair loss has been very slow over my life.
