Not high set as you lack undereye support. You need to get to 15% bodyfat and add muscle. Your submental area is killing you.

I agree with losing weight and the submental fat in the process. As far as the cheekbones, do PSL 6ers like Alain Delon and Lorenzo Zurzolo have both high set and bad under eye support?

Their bones aren't bad. You can still get darkening under the eyes even if undereye bone support is not that bad.
