Do I have potential to get a good body from gymmaxxing? (Pics)

So my wrists are about 6.8in, but my bideltoid is 18.5, maybe even 19 (had to measure myself) my ankles are 8 inches, my hips are 35in around (with clothes on)
Height is 5’9 barefoot
Weight is probably like 145 lbs skinny fat

Do I have good potential to fill out? I’m 20 btw so if I start training soon I should grow a bigger frame by 25, correct?

Shirtless pics are flexed, pic in shirt isn’t flexed, I was a bit lower bf in these but still skinny fat

you've got the type of frame that benefits from gymcelling the most, looks a lot like me when I was skinny, the lack of upper body musculature makes your hips seem way wider than they actually are and it'll rapidly improve once you start training your shoulders lats and chest.

you've got the type of frame that benefits from gymcelling the most, looks a lot like me when I was skinny, the lack of upper body musculature makes your hips seem way wider than they actually are and it'll rapidly improve once you start training your shoulders lats and chest.
Lifefuel! Do you think my forearms will fill out from gymcelling eventually? They look the most lanky/out of proportion imo

if you're consistent over the years they should grow, but the problem is that if you isolate forearms on their own too much you tend to develop tendinitis.

yea you do, you have decent frame
 
you can always be leaner, more attractive.
 
yeah you need to focus on bulking for now, don't worry as much on training. build up your neck and upper chest/shoulders.
