Also what's wrong with the hair on your sides, it looks like it's thinning, it usually happens the other way around - the hair on top starts thinning while the one on the sides keep its density.

yea and thats probably because my barber just cooked me up
 
Fat grafting to undereye will help you
Orbital vector is good
Get a scalp biopsy done for your hair

took a few years of tweaking my routine but found what works for me - consistently doing eye exercises like squinting at far distances then relaxing into looking down really made the difference for orbital definition
