Do I have saggy skin?

Can't figure out wtf is wrong with my face. It looks like I have saggy skin on top of acne scars. Advice welcome.

Got rhino last week that is why nose looks like that

I already had rhino last week. Doc said my tip is really thick skinned and it will take a while to thin out.
