Recessed maxilla 100% of the time. The orbital bone is part of the upper maxilla

Yes I have this, I believe there is no solution, and it plagues northern curries I believe.

I saw a specialist before Xmas and she said fillers would not be a very thorough solution, because then they can look puffy, and obviously any surgery would be focused on cutting the bone, like lefort 2
