How could I improve side profile?
not an expert, but chin tucks, neck curls and exercices like that could really help (speaking of experience), also YOU HAVE to get leaner cuz there's no way you can have a great side profile by staying fat. You can do it the natural way (just starving, eating the right things), or the unnatural way through peptides, but I don't really recommend that.
What I would recommend is:
buy coffee and drink it in the morning, without sugar or anything else.
Do a lot of cardio! combat sports can be a great alternative. Even walking is better than doing nothing. You shouldn't neglate this, I know people who do nothing but eat bullshit, but since they do a lot of sports, they're still lean.
Drink A LOT of water before eating, so you'll feel full easier, and it's a bonus cuz you'll drink more water.
If you can, only eat when you feel hungry
Avoid processed foods filled with sugar or salt
Only eat the morning and the night, you can eat fruits meanwhile as snacks, but you can't get lunch.

You should see the resultats pretty quickly if you follow this consistently, like in ~1 month. If you're not someone who LOVES eating, then you shouldn't even notice a big difference in your lifestyle after the first 3 days, you'll get used to it.

Thanks for the advice bro I am fairly active already though I’m in wrestaling and football and workout 6 days a week. I’m varry high body fat though so I’m cutting already but thanks for advice

You look shredded in the picture brother, I don't think that you have a high body fat
And also, if you're 18, you look really younger, maybe it's just some baby fat or whatever
But anyway, you should try chintucks etc... and avoid some type of foods that can bloat you, since you're already active
