Do I have to be scared of South Korean men, when geomaxxing to Seoul?

I read on reddit that they have to go to military and thus are strong and get aggressive, when some white dude tries to pick up their women. Is this true? I think I can slay in South Korea as I am already slaying in China. but i am scared of the male cockblockers
