Nah not required but it’s better to do. Just make sure you don’t have underlying health issues and monitor your ai intake so you don’t crash your estrogen

Inhibiting somatostatin will just tax the pituitary further and cause tolerance to occur, you pretty much said that somatostatin will just negate the effect of mk677 which it will not otherwise it would have absolutely no effect other than increased hunger

no, it will limit igf1 production. mk still increases hgh that's why you get hungry

What does somatostatin have to do with igf-1 buddy, somatostatin is secreted in the hypothalamus, mk677 signals the pituitary gland to produce growth hormone then it travels to the liver, stimulating igf1, and no hgh doesn't make you hungry, mk677 is also a ghrelin mimetic that's what makes you hungry

buddy i'm sorry to tell you but you have very basic knowledge about these stuff, conclusion is that mk677 does it's job, it might not directly make you taller but it perhaps could indirectly in certain cases, it's not the miracle drug

It cant make you taller, if it indirectly made you taller then people on mk would grow, but they dont.

While being in growing phase you can benefit from it's effect, as i said tho it can't induce a miracle since growth hormone is not the only factor in height growth
