Do I have to worry about liver toxicity with low-dose tren?

I was thinking about running tren soon, but I don’t know much about the dosing, and apparently it’s pretty toxic for you liver even when injecting.

I still have a lot of research to do with tren, especially with dosing. Lmk how much I should take to avoid anything bad.
