Idk if it’s normal to have a ballsack on constant pain like this

I think I’ll ask the signs I saw are swelling but I never noticed swelling so I’m a bit more relaxed tho this random pain all the time is worrying me

From what I researched testicular contortion is very serious and usually you’ll have swollen balls vomiting difficulty walking

Usually u have to save it immediately within 24h it’s already gone

All I feel is a slight pain sometimes and it goes away I think it’s a bacterial infection but definitely not contortion or I would have lost my ball long long ago

I feel it the top part is more inflamed than the other testicle

I really don’t have enough feelings to think it would be testicle twist since I’ve had this for months even years and if it was twisted it wouldn’t last even a day

Yes I am ashamed but luckily I’m sure it’s at least n out an emergency since if the blood flow was cut I would see it swell and it would be red plus vomiting and nausea

I definitely don’t have any of that tho only a sharp pain it’s still very serious I’ll try to ask my parents tomorrow and see about seeing a doctor I think it might be an infection
