this is not my post but it describes everything I have been suffering from. It has been really bad this year. I don't remember having it before that. Definitely not as a kid

I've been trying to tell myself "stop being a retarded faggot. normal people aren't like this. just don't give a fuck about this 'symmetry'" to get rid of it
