yeah I was doing a bit of tongue in cheek. post an example of a person with similar hip size. If your hips are like a woman and you have a tiny waist then you have wide hips. when I was skinny my waist was 28 inches and my hips were maybe a couple inches wider if I recall correctly

They are, for i man i think its 0.9 waist/hip ratio

The thing is that my hip circumference is 80 cm (31.5”) which is smaller than avarage but my waist is very fucking small i dont know if it’s because im skinny or not

Most definitely because you are skinny. Your waist will grow a couple of inches. Dont sweat it.
