Do I keep cutting or lean bulk?

I’m 17, 6,0, and I weigh 160 pounds. I started as a fatass at 190 and now I’m 160 and skinny fat. I don’t know if I should cut even more or start the lean bulk to 180-200. I started recently to take these supplements since I can’t get peps .=magnesium glycinate, ashwaganda ,creatine,lcarnitine,zinc+copper,fishoil,d3+k2.

200 is insane just get to like 175 to look good I'd say lean bulk for your case but only like 300 surplus
 
ur not skinny fat bro but if u want to look even more shredded just recomp
 
keep cutting and then start lean bulking
