My maxilla is kind if lacking upwards rotation
My nose is downwards and looks sunken in and i have bad ues

Just wondering how much have you've looked into fat grafting? The one thing that concerns me about it is the unpredictability of resorption. Or just the overall permanence of it. If it slowly starts to fade away, then so can your appearance. Also, a super slow reduction can be tough to notice (as opposed to immediately/overnight).

Something about a foreign material like implants also makes me hesitate, although I won't rule it out completely.
