The biggest looksmax is getting to a low body-fat percentage. Once that's done, everything else can be reassessed.

I used to be a 238lb fat fuck. Now I'm ~190lbs and still fat. The journey never ends. Maximize natty body composition. Exercise more, lift weights more often, get better sleep, put more intensity into your workouts, use the sauna, do everything beneficial nutrition wise. It makes the biggest difference and it's not a 1-off lazymax. Jfl at 300lb guys asking "can I water fast with DNP and lose 100lbs in 30 days and then stop?". Or fat fucks asking should they pluck their eyebrows when they're 350lb Happy Humphrey lookin motherfuckers. There was that 1 guy a few months ago who kept saying "I'm a 300lb 27 year old virgin, what should I do". He just kept making the exact same thread every day until he eventually left. Nothing works if you don't.
