its okay asymmetry is natural. theres mixed opinions by doctors on if mouth breathing is rlly bad for jaw growth or not.

idk about mse, but it looks like u can benefit from a conservative bimax. u have a forward chin, but recessed jaws. look into midface implants and/or fat grafting too, in order to avoid a chimp face.
