Not at all, the pose is stiff and it looks like it's super cold and makes no sense for you to be shirtless in that environment. Bad cold lighting and no smile just gives serial killer vibes lol. Great physique though dude good work.
As for getting a better picture, you need to be in an environment where it at least makes sense for your shirt to be off. Beach, hiking on a summer day, whatever. And in the picture, don't be looking at the camera, you want it to feel like it's somewhat candid. Even better if you can get a good one where you're in motion like throwing a frisbee or something. Don't be wearing pants cause there's no situation where it's appropriate to be shirtless that you wouldn't be wearing shorts or a swimsuit.
