I changed my mouth and nasiolabial folds a bit

it is probably the lip seal that looks weird, lower lip is too far forward. Or the skull is too narrow, which is especially pronounced in this picture

I have tried putting stuff like ham in front of my maxilla and it looked quite good, maybe bimax with mse could achieve the same effect permanently, but it might not and after surgery it might look even more uncanny

ok thats because I'm jutting my mandible forward, creating an underbite (naturally I have an overbite, and a small mandible even though it doesnt look like it) this is how I look if I dont jut my jaw forward
