I never mouth breathed but I still have been putting tape on my mouth for over 1 and a half years when I sleep (can’t be caught lacking).

Yeah side profile is recessed I have been making devices at home using unorthodox methods to try and promote forward and upper maxilla growth. My upper palate is not narrow in fact my teeth no longer fit in the plastic retainer the dentist made (because I grind my teeth), my upper palate has gotten wider by +0.8cm in last year.
