Do I need a Palate expander

Im not sure if I need a palate expander. In my opinion my palate seems ok in width but im literally boneless in my zygos, have a recessed maxilla and when I mew my molars are touching my tongue, I cannot fully get my tongue on my palate. Can send photos of face if needed but my 2 prior posts has them.

Your palate doesn’t look narrow and there are some niggas that doesn’t have the widest palate while they aren’t boneless look at O Pry i think he has a avg/slight below avg palate width while his face isnt boneless

Plus idk whats your body fat % but if its higher then 18%-20% almost no matter how much bone your face has it will look boneless

thing i can do to grow bones and fix face reccession (forward growth and maxilla)?
