Somebody tell me do I need or should try to make my zygos more protruding

go to an ortho and find out, depenting on your case you might benefit from different things, seems to me like you don't know much about expanders or what is a tooth-borne or skeletal-borne applience, so best to go to an expert, or educate yourself and then go to an expert, because in most cases you are forced to meet a doc

I get natural hollow cheeks and my lower jaw is wide kinda you can see and my massters are also so visible and my ramus is tall

What the diff thing you talking about?
Yup I do need to get some knowledge but the most i know is it make zygos go upward and outward plus with fscepuing mask itd made maxilla forward+ better eyes support

yes generally that's the idea but if you don't need it or if you do it incorrectly + some other factors you could get assymetries that aren't usually noticed or even there and just get bigger or come from the expansion, like canting or different expansion in general, so if you are going to have that mid MARPE(or SARPE because it's better) you are going to have to do back turn and elastics and a some stuff to save your face, or just do surgery and get it over with, also do you even know the budget for any kind of MSE? it's not cheap (unless you go to turkey but good luck finding a doc that has a reputation and is actually cheap)
