Do i need a rhino or is it overkill?

Ive got a dorsal hump on my nose which consists of all bone no cartilage so will rhino be able to shave that down or is that not a thing yet?

I dont think my nose from the front is too wide at all but at times i do think it could be slightly thinner

ideally your nose bridge could probably be at tad bit higher overall but this is what one could do pretty easily with just some filing and a graft

there is no standard rhino but any surgeon who does rhinoplasties should be able to understand and do this for you

you're lucky because you don't need osteotomies which means less recovery time, more natural looking result and probably less costs too

Yes your nose tips, nose bridge, and nasal eye could do some work. But imo you need to improve skin, fix lazy eye, and coloring first and foremost aswell as fix that downswung and weak lower third.

if I were you I'd also do something with the chin, probably genio with vertical reduction + horizontal augumentation, and fix the hairline (or perhaps shave your head and get micropigmentation or something)

other than that just gymcel and run black dom game

He has very mild prognathism it just looks exaggerated cause he's downward grown. OP has typical horn African failos (look Somali to me), incluiding the common massive forehead which looks terrible aesthetically, downward swung mandible and I'm guessing narrow mandible width.

Nose is fine and rhino will not improve your looks noticeably so I strongly advice against it
