Do I need an otoplasty?

My ears are pointy and similar to elfs which is weird.
I thought about using otostick but I need a permanent solution..

Not at all. Unless one has dumbo ears, otoplasty has 0 effect on appearance

I had an otoplasty last summer, didn't really earn much PSL points but at least my ears aren't failos anymore

In your case that would be better if you just grew your hair. But if you really hate the appareance of your ears, then go for it.
