Do I need bimax révision

Hello I had a bimax 4 years ago for functional reason but idk if my surgeon really focus on the aesthetic so I i try to find somone in pm who whould be able to tell me if I need a révision

depends what face ratios you currently have and youd wanna ask a surgeon

I have idéal mid face ratio so I guess I dont need

For the upper part of the upper maxila ( infra and shi) I definitly need implant for projection but I think for the Lefort 1 part of the maxila ( dont got the term) and for mandibule I think Its enought but I préfère to have an extern point of view

Bro if you got a bimax then it should of done the lefort 1 for you, but yea id rec orbital rim implants and depending on uue infra implants
