Do I need double jaw or only lower jaw surgery?

I want to go for the best possible aesthetic result.ive been told my maxilla is fine but do you think it could improve with more advancement ?or should I focus solely on lower jaw surgery ?

Djs would be unnecessary, it would force your mandible to be extended even further. Just a genioplasty and bsso.
