Do I need lower blepharoplasty? (Pic included)

Went to see a surgeon and he adviced me to get both upper and lower blepharoplasty. I thought my dark circles were just thin skin but he said I have bags and that without them the darkness would reduce considerably. What do you guys think.

I'm starting to think that surgeon just wanted my money. He looked so knowledgeable though. I trusted him.

Looks like you need implants to me I’d get a few opinions of different surgeons, go to an implants surgeon and some general surgeons that can perform a bleph, and I wouldn’t trust that surgeon he’s telling you to get an upper blepharoplasty that’s a terrible terrible idea your upper eyes are good, for reference so you can see how terrible of an idea it is for fat removal on the upper lids and lower lids in the wrong cases, upper especially, look at Nina Dobrev now vs when she was in the Vampire diaries (2008) It’s insane.

Thanks a lot for your advice. Yeah I changed my mind. I realized my eyes were not the culprit of what makes me unattractive, it was something else. So now my focus is on finding out what procedure could benefit me the most.

Honestly I still think fillers to the undereyes would help a lot and is definitely worth doing , post a side profile then I can see your infras better and your browridge
