Do I need MARPE?

Is my palate narrow and is it worth getting Marpe at 17 yo. My tongue overlaps with my back side teeth when I mew and everyone says I’m a loud breather which just clicked to me that it can be related with palate. Only problem I have w Marpe is the tooth gap and braces
