JFL I was taking 50-60mg per day of MK677 which is way too high. Within 2 weeks I quit because my heart rate saw a big increase and I started to get chest tightness/pain. I'm 17 years old and other than this healthy.

Been off it for about 5 days and for some retarded reason decided to take pre workout today, which ended up giving me a 98bpm resting heart rate when I got home. It's now at about 88bpm so it's not as bad but still high.

As long as I don't drink coffee and stay off of mk for the next few days will I be ok? Or do I need to go to a doctor?

last time i checked mine it was 100+ you'll be fine.

Being paranoid makes sense, if you feel like you are able to go then do go, i used to experience pain so slight it was unnoticable, 2 days later i was diagnosed with scoliosis. (dont worry i had surgery (y)) Im sure you might think that its grandscaling, but paranoia was always there for a reason.

anything 100 or under is completely normal resting heart rate which has no concern at all, absolutely no surprise and no concern especially after having pre workout (caffeine will have your heart rate elevated for 6+ hours and theres various other stimulants aswell in pre workout)

But my resting heart rate used to be closer to 65-70, and I have tightness in my chest but it's nothing major. Will my heart rate go back to normal after the pre workout and mk677 fully leave my system?

And chest tightness is ok?
It's more like anxiety, bro. Relax, do things that distract you. You could be a bit paranoid. You're okay, bro.

you have absolutely nothing to worry about you should only consider seeking medical if your resting heart rate is over 100 for days without any stimulants such as pre workout in your system

Alright thanks bro, I'll update if I feel the same or worse in the next few days

Sure, my friend, but if you really feel so bad or overwhelmed, go to the doctor just to calm down. Mental health is important, and if your anxiety makes you paranoid, you need to take action.
